For health reasons all masks are non-returnable. If you have any problems with your mask please contact us and we will do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction.

- Your contact information
- Your receipt and delivery note
- Whether you would like shop credit or to exchange for a different size, colour or style
- Reason for return
We will then send you a waybill to print out and arrange a courier to collect it from you ASAP.
The quicker you send the email the easier it is to process your exchange; no returns will be accepted after 14 days of purchase date.
Unlike Amazon we are a small company with low margins. You would be responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the swing tag still attached.
